Terms of Sale​
This Policy sets forth the respective responsibilities and obligations of the buyer/customer and the seller regarding the shipment of orders. Biscup Foods, herein referred to as "Seller" and post-prospective, existing or returning customers herein referred to as "Buyer" or "Customer".

Buyer/Customer Responsibilities:

The buyer/customer shall provide accurate shipping information, including the correct shipping address and contact details.

The buyer/customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country's customs regulations, unless otherwise specified.

The buyer/customer shall adhere to any shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by local authorities.

Seller Responsibilities:

The seller shall process and dispatch orders within 3 business days from the date of purchase, with a cutoff time of 12:00 PM (local time GMT+8:00) on business days.

The seller shall provide estimated delivery times based on information provided by courier partners.

The seller shall offer shipping insurance as an optional service, with uninsured packages assuming 50% of the CFR (Cost and Freight) value at risk in the event of loss.

The seller shall facilitate cancellations and refunds in accordance with the specified policy. Refer to section: "Refunds Policy" for further details

General Provisions:

Orders shall be shipped uninsured by default unless otherwise specified by the buyer/customer at an additional cost.

Cancellation of orders is permissible if not dispatched within the specified processing time.

Tracking information shall be provided to the buyer/customer upon dispatch.

This Shipping Policy may be updated at the discretion of the seller, with changes effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Payment Policy:

Payment Methods: The seller accepts secure payment forms via [credit/debit cards, bank transfer (eligible countries only), participating e-wallets, cryptocurrency (via centralised merchant exchanges) and cash on delivery (for verified users)].

Payment Authorisation: By placing an order, the buyer/customer authorises the seller to charge the designated payment method for the total amount due, including shipping costs and applicable taxes or fees.

Payment Security: The seller employs global industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive payment information provided by buyers/customers.

Payment Verification: In certain cases including customised orders and Cash On Delivery orders, the seller may require additional verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.

Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment authorisation, the buyer/customer will receive an electronic confirmation containing order details and payment receipt.

Refund Policy:

Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for eligible orders that meet the criteria as outlined herein:
a) Cancellation: Orders may be canceled if not dispatched within the specified processing time. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
b) Defective or Damaged Products: Refunds or replacements will be provided for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Buyers/customers must notify the seller within 3 of days of receiving the product and provide supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, as applicable. -
Return Shipping: The seller may cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products, provided that arrangements are made in advance with customer support.

Change of Mind: Refunds for change-of-mind returns are subject to the seller's discretion and may be subject to restocking fees or return shipping costs. Buyers/customers must notify the seller within 3 of days of receiving the product and return it in its original condition and packaging.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the seller's receipt of the returned product, excluding any delay due to payment processing times or other factors beyond the seller's control.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items including fees may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to personalized/customized items and perishable goods.

Currency Conversion Rates: Under international transactions, currency conversion rates are determined by the seller's designated payment processor and may be subject to fluctuation. The buyer/customer acknowledges that the final amount charged may vary due to currency conversion rates and any associated fees applied by the payment processor
Promotional Items:

The seller may offer promotional items as part of special promotions or marketing campaigns.

Promotional items are subject to availability and may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The seller reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional item offers at any time without prior notice.

Promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless otherwise specified by the seller.

The terms and conditions of promotional item offers, including eligibility criteria and redemption instructions, will be clearly communicated to buyers/customers.
