  • How long before an order is shipped out?
    All orders not exceeding 1,000 MYR will be shipped out by latest the next business day. Wholesale orders exceeding that amount, including custom shells, will be shipped out by latest; up to 3 business days from the time of order creation. Refer below for more information on cutoff times and ETAs.
  • What is your courier's ETA upon shipping out the items?
    For domestic orders within West Malaysia, the ETA is typically up to 48 hours. For East Malaysia, the ETA is typically up to 72 hours. For international orders, the ETA is generally described at the self-serve instant quote provided at both our product page and global shipping page.
  • Help with customs clearance, duties and taxes
    Your only concern with customs clearance to recieve our products is how you choose to remit tax and duty. When your items arrive (after it clears customs) the courier will notify you the actual assessed tax and duty, if any. You can choose to remit these charges online or upon recieving the items at your doorstep. These payments are collected by the courier, and not by us.   • Can I arrange my own method of shipping?
    Yes, wherever in the world you may be shipping the order to, you can arrange for On-Demand deliveries. This option allows you to arrange your own pick up by your own shipping channel. To choose this option, select "Malaysia" as the destination country and the On Demand delivery option will be made available. Once you've placed the order, your order status will be updated within 24 hours, stating whether or not it has been processed or ready for On Demand pickup. We will also notify the phone number you've provided that your order is ready for pickup.
  • What is your free shipping policy?
    Our free shipping only covers West Malaysia, for orders exceeding 250 MYR. In addition to free shipping, all wholesale orders will be covered by shipping insurance within Malaysia, both East and West.
  • What does Transit Protection (Shipping Insurance) cover?
    The transit protection provides financial protection to your shipments for total damages or loss. Although unlikely, such uneventful circumstances do happen occasionally. Even if you do not opt for shipping insurance, we would still offer partial to full refunds or replacements (of item value only) depending on the extent of the damage. Conversely, shipping insurance covers both the item's value and the shipping cost.
  • How can my orders be tracked?
    Your orders are logged everytime you've made a successful payment. You can view your entire order history and details of any specific order by simply entering your e-mail address at the Orders page.
  • What is your production capacity?
    Our constant production can be accelerated to 100,000 pieces per hour on any given time, which offers total flexibility on your order size. In the unlikely event your order exceeds our capacity, we will notify you to discuss an agreed upon lead time. If the lead times are unacceptable, we will offer a full refund with no further questions asked.
  • Are free samples available to everyone?
    Samples are only given to specific businesses and individuals running businesses of any size or organisational structure. In short, you just need to fill out the form provided and we will revert in 24 hours.
  • Can your Pie Tee shells be used for desserts and sweet fills?
    Only our Gluten Free shells are compatible with desserts and sweet fillings, such as ice cream, yogurts, parfaits and souffles. This is because our Gluten Free options contain little salt and has the nutty hints provided by the sorghum flour. On the other hand, our traditional and wheat-based shells have been formulated especially for savoury fills.
  • Are the products always available?
    Our flagship products, the Pie Tee shells are always available. We do never keep much at hand, though, as we always sought to deliver on freshness. Products marked as "Coming Soon" can only be pre-ordered by contacting us directly, and you can proceed if you agree to the quoted lead times. If we marked a specific product as "Out of Stock", you will not be able to purchase them online.
  • What's a Pie Tee and how is it used?
    The Pie Tee shell is traditionally used as an edible cup to contain various fills including savoury stir fried vegetables and salads. They can make impressive and delicious dishes while adding a layer of crispiness and delightful taste to an otherwise mundane dish or salad.
  • Are the Gluten Free shells safe for celiacs?
    Yes, we've taken extra measures to ensure zero cross contamination between our gluten and non-gluten products. This include the total isolation of our process-flow for gluten-free products; including ingredient storage, prep area, cooking vat stations, and packaging area.
  • Standards & Compliances
    We are in the process of GMP, Halal & HACCP applications and audits, some of which are required for some of our (coming soon) products to access certain global markets. On completion, this will collectively apply across our entire product catalogue.
  • What methods of payments are accepted?
    Payment methods vary according to your country. You can select your payment method options at the payment page. Options typically include cards, bank debits and major e-wallets. For most cases, only cards are accepted
  • How are payments processed?
    Your payments are processed as a one-time payment charge. As such, your payment details will not be saved on file for any future charges. Additionally, when you save your payment details onto Link, it only means that your payment details would be autofilled anywhere else Link is available, and not within our accounts receivable files.
  • How are payments processed for additional payments?
    We may require any additional payment from you for special shipping arrangements, or cross border manifest management. For this, you will simply be rebilled with an invoice sent to your email, whereby you may make a one-off online payment for that invoice.
  • Payments in Multiple Currencies
    We use adaptive pricing for any other currency other than MYR. We accept payments in 135 currencies worldwide. Our presentment prices are guaranteed for every 24 hours and already includes a 2% markup to cover for any spread costs incurred by our payment service provider. The reference rates are based off ExchangeRate-api.com
  • Duplicate Payments Prevention
    Our payment service provider has the sophistication to ensure that your payment would not go through if your internet connection is unstable, or if the payment page is refreshed during processing.
  • I've entered an incorrect address
    If your billing/shipping address was entered incorrectly, please update us as soon as you can. If your shipments have been shipped out, additional costs may be incurred for any changes in these details.
  • What does the Transit Insurance cover?
    The transit insurance provides financial protection in the unlikely event of total loss or damage during transit. It insures the totalo value of the consolidated manifest plus shipping cost. If you do not opt for shipping insurance, compensation is subject to our discretion only. In most cases, we would be willing to replace your items less logistical costs.
  • Insurance claims for payments made in multiple currencies
    Insurance claims are always reimbursed in MYR, regardless of which currency you've paid in. The conversion to your payment currency will be subject to conversion fees and occurs on the rate of the day of the approved claim.
  • Change of mind
    Whether you have changed your mind or entered the order incorrectly, you'll have a 24 hour grace period before your items are shipped out, after which we would be unable to help with your request. In these instances, you will be either refunded partially, or rebilled the additional amount, if any. Rebills and refunds are always processed in MYR, regardless of which payment currency you've initally paid in.
  • Damages in uninsured shipments
    We offer a 5-day claim policy from the date the courier has delivered the items to you. For partial damages, you are required to submit proof of damage and we could either issue a partial refund or send a replacement based on the quantity damaged. Shipping costs are not refundable for uninsured shipments. We do not issue full refunds under any circumstances.
  • Refund rates for multiple currencies
    The rates for refunds are subject to fee reductions incurred by the merchant service provider, and we will process refunds in MYR to your payment currency at the pervailing rate on that day.
