Lead Time - When we ship your orders after you've placed them

Accepted Answer

Orders not exceeding 800 MYR will be shipped out by latest the next business day. We operate from Monday's to Fridays. In most instances, small orders made before 2:00 PM +8:00 UTC Malaysia Time will be shipped out the same day. This is also the cutoff time whereas a business day isn't counted for the day the order was placed after 2:00 PM.

Wholesale orders exceeding that amount up to 3,000 MYR will be shipped out by latest 2 business days from the time of order creation. For orders larger than that amount, please contact us directly to confirm lead times.

Domestic - West Malaysia: up to 48 hours. 
Domestic - East Malaysia: up to 72 hours. International - Singapore: up to 48 hours
International - HK, TW, JPN, KOR, AUS: up to 72 hours
International - UAE, SAU, JOR, EU, GB, USA, CAN: up to 96 hours
No shipping to: Countries in war, remote islands and trade sanctioned jurisdictions.

Question 3

Help with customs clearance, duties and taxes

Accepted Answer

Your only concern with customs clearance to recieve our products is how you choose to remit tax and duty. When your items arrive (after it clears customs) the courier will notify you the actual assessed tax and duty, if any.  You can choose to remit these charges online or upon recieving the items at your doorstep. These payments are collected by the courier, and not by us. To estimate taxes and duties, go here.

Can I arrange my own method of shipping?

Yes, wherever in the world you may be shipping the order to, you can arrange for On-Demand deliveries. This option allows you to arrange your own pick up by your own shipping channel. To choose this option, select "Malaysia" as the destination country and the On Demand delivery option will be made available. Once you've placed the order, your order status will be updated within 24 hours, stating whether or not it has been processed or ready for On Demand pickup. We will also notify the phone number you've provided that your order is ready for pickup.

What is your free shipping policy?

Our free shipping only covers West Malaysia, for orders exceeding 250 MYR. In addition to free shipping, all wholesale orders will be covered by shipping insurance within Malaysia, both East and West.

Question 6

What does Transit Protection (Shipping Insurance) cover?

Accepted Answer

The transit protection provides financial protection to your shipments for total damages or loss. Although unlikely, such uneventful circumstances do happen occasionally. Even if you do not opt for shipping insurance, we would still offer partial to full refunds or replacements (of item value only) depending on the extent of the damage. Conversely, shipping insurance covers both the item's value and the shipping cost.

How can my orders be tracked?

Your orders are logged everytime you've made a successful payment. You can view your entire order history and details of any specific order by simply entering your e-mail address at the Orders page.
